The second phase of 'Operation Toofan' was inaugurated by the Honorable Municipal Chairman, Mr. Smithesh, who hoisted the flag at the municipal office. This was followed by the administration of an anti-drug pledge. The event was attended by the Honorable Palakkad District Police Chief Mr. Abdul Rasheed IPS, Special Branch DySP Mr. Santhosh, Municipal Secretary Ms. Jaseetha, Municipal staff, police officers, school students, and members of the public.
